2020 SEAT Ibiza Interior
The SEAT Ibiza interior is neatly organized and easy to use. A few color-coded plastic strips make it not a grueling sea of black and gray, but it’s still a fair affair and very far from the Citroen C3’s funky design on the left. The material on the dashboard and center console is less forgiving than the soft-touch plastic you will find in a VW. Fortunately, it doesn’t feel like SEAT has cut any drastic angles in terms of build quality. Except for the comfortable finish, everything feels well built and quite robust – Xcellence cars with top specs even have a soft suede-like Alcantara seat.
The Full Link system also has a larger 8.0-inch display that is easier to read and usually as simple to use. The stereo volume is controlled by a physical button, but other key features, such as the satellite navigation, phone, and radio, are accessed by some large touchscreen icons that appear when you place your hand near the screen. It’s a smart idea, but not as intuitive to use as a set of old-fashioned buttons. The stereo of SEAT Ibiza is not something to write about, but it is certainly noisy and enough to embarrass the children in the school subject. You can also get a handy wireless phone charger to make sure a low battery doesn’t end your tunes.
