The 2020 Chrysler Voyager is available in two finishes: L and LX. All have a 3.6-liter V6 engine, nine-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive. the Voyager is actually just the first two trim levels of the Pacifica last year. There are minor changes in the features here and there, but it’s actually the same enchilada. This means you have plenty of room for passengers and cargo, a luxurious cabin, fast acceleration, and even a useful towing capacity of up to 3,600 pounds.

The revival of the Voyager nameplate is a strange choice, and we suspect it has more to do with the impending termination of the old Dodge Grand Caravan as a detailed plan to sell a ton more minivans under the Chrysler brand. As a buyer, all the things you need to focus on are the end result. The Chrysler Voyager 2020 is a solid minivan and its price is attractive, but it can’t quite match the Honda Odyssey for overall refinement.

2020 Chrysler Voyager Features

The 2020 Chrysler Voyager Limited has essentials such as a rear camera, folding chairs, a second-row sofa, a foldable/foldable third-row Stow ‘n Go sofa, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, and a 7-inch touchscreen. The 2020 Voyager LX trim provides more comfort, including softer suspension, a driver’s seat, second-row captains, three-zone climate control, and satellite radio. Various safety features are available with the optional SafetyTec package for both decorations, while a roof rack, remote control, heated front seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel option. for the LX.

2020 Chrysler Voyager Interior

As with the exterior styling, powertrain, and chassis, the Voyager’s interior matches that of the Pacifica, though with less ease of being. Here you will not find leather seats, highway navigation, or sliding side doors. But Chrysler does include a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and a six-speaker audio system with active noise cancellation.

2020 Chrysler Voyager Engine

Mechanically, the 2020 Voyager is identical to the Pacifica and uses the same 3.6-liter 28-hp V-6 engine and nine-speed automatic transmission to power the front wheels. In our testing, the Pacifica has a time of 7.3 seconds from 0 to 60 km / h and we expect similarly (but possibly faster, since it has fewer features and possibly lighter) voyages. Given the low cost, the Voyager is unlikely to get a hybrid variant like the Pacifica. For the past three years, we have ranked Pacifica on our 10Best list, partly due to how well it drives, smooth ride, and well-sorted drive.

2020 Chrysler Voyager Safety

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2020 Voyager an overall safety rating of five out of five stars. The Voyager earned five stars in the front and side-impact tests and four stars in the lead evaluation. The Highway Safety Insurance Institute did not test the 2020 Voyager test.
