For 2015, the 2015 Cadillac CTS gets a revised grille, 4G data connectivity with Wi-Fi capability, a wireless phone recharge system a parking device perpendicular available for self-parking lot system. In addition, the driver education package now includes Lane Keeping Assist and lane change warning, and the CD has been removed. The Cadillac CTS midsize sedan 2015 is offered in six main trim levels: standard, luxury, performance, superior quality and premium Vsport Vsport.

The 2015 Cadillac CTS comes standard with the 4-cylinder engine, alloy wheels 17-inches Brembo front brakes, heated mirrors, robotic headlights, rear parking sensors, remote ignition, key-less start and entry, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, dual-zone automatic temperature control, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel manual leather wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, seat power before eight channels, the Driver memory settings , leatherette upholstery and fixed rear seat with trunk pass-through. Technology features include a 5.7-inches color display screen in the gauge cluster, OnStar telematics, 4G data connectivity with Wi-Fi capability, wireless charging, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, Cadillac basic experience of the user (CUE) infotainment system, an 8-inches touch screen interface, voice commands and a Bose surround sound system with 11 speakers three USB ports, a slot SD card, an auxiliary audio jack and satellite and HD radio.

The interior of the 2015 Cadillac CTS follows the trend first started by XTS full size. It is a sophisticated and luxurious design rendered in rich materials with a high level of craftsmanship and depth technology integration. The Cadillac User Experience (CUE) infotainment system consists of configurable screens on the main touch screen and can take advantage of smartphones related to the integration of application fairly easy. We appreciate the great icons of the display and crisp graphics and its mainly intuitive operation, but the CUE dependence on the touch screen and touch screen input devices can be frustrating, as the system response time sometimes slow or missed entirely.

Front passengers in 2015 Cadillac CTSenjoy ample personal space, but the dashboard and door panels enveloping make it an intimate cockpit that meshes well with the mission of the sports car. Rear passengers will be less happy, however, because there is space there that modest compared to mid-size standards. At 13.7 cubic feet, the trunk of the CTS sedan brings up the rear with respect to the Series 5 and Class E.

2015 Cadillac CTS Engine

A turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.0L making 272 hp and an impressive 295 lb-ft of torque is the base engine for all but the Vsport trim levels. Available with rear wheel drive (RWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD), the four-cylinder is connected to a six-speed auto transmission. Optional on Luxury, Performance and Premium versions is a 3.6-liter V6 good for 321 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. With RWD, the engine comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The V6 AWD employs six speeds.

Topping the line is the Vsport turbo 3.6L V6 that cranks out 420 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Rear-wheel drive with auto 8-speed is the unique configuration of transmission. As for fuel economy, the four-cylinder gets a CTS EPA-estimated 24 mpg combined (20 city / highway 30) with RWD and 22 mpg combined (19 city / highway 28) with AWD. The V6 with RWD also assesses 22 mpg combined (18 city / highway 29) while the AWD rates 21 mpg combined (18 city / 26 highway). The Cadillac CTS Vsport drops to 18 mpg combined (16 city / 24 highway).

The typical safety equipment for 2015 Cadillac CTS include head restraints in front, side airbags front and rear and the full length side curtain airbags, disc brakes, traction and stability control. Also standard are parking sensors and OnStar telematics. Additional safety equipment comes in two packages. The standard on all but the standard CTS trim is the Driver Awareness Package. Optional performance and standard on 2015 Cadillac CTS Premium and 2015 Cadillac CTS Premium Vsport is the driver assistance package.
